Email support@haulr.co.nz and we'll come back to you, usually within one working day. Tell us your company name and what you were trying to do, and include a screenshot if you can.

Drivers

• Getting into the app: your office gives you a 6-letter invite code. Open HAULR Dispatch, tap I have an invite code, and enter it with your email and a password.
• Not getting job notifications: check notifications are on for HAULR Dispatch in your phone's settings.
• No signal: keep going. Your taps are saved on your phone and sent when you're back in coverage.
• Deleting your account: see Delete your account.

Office staff

• Forgot your password: use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
• How-tos: open Help in the menu inside HAULR Dispatch.
• Try it first: open the demo.
