Delete your HAULR Dispatch account

In the driver app

1. Open HAULR Dispatch and sign in.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the main screen and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm.

In the office web app

Go to Settings, Account, Delete my account.

Can't get into the app?

Email support@haulr.co.nz from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What happens

• Your name, contact details and login are deleted straight away.
• Work records your employer needs to keep for pay, tax and health and safety (such as jobs and timesheets) stay with your employer and show as "Deleted user".
• If you're the last person in your company, the company's data and files are deleted too.
• Deleted information may stay in our backups for up to 7 days until they expire.
