HAULR

Your restrictions, in the cab

We’d like to check our information against yours, so your published restrictions are shown as accurately as we can.

Put your posted limits in front of drivers.

A bridge strike or an overweight crossing can mean repair costs, closures and detours for your district. Clear restriction information in front of drivers can help reduce the chance of one.

Before the bridge

Drivers see your limit early

When your posted weight, height and width limits are in the app, drivers can see them while they plan a route and again as they approach, instead of finding out at the structure.

Fewer surprises

Drivers see the limit before the bridge

Drivers who know about a restriction ahead of time are better placed to choose another route, which can mean fewer strikes, less damage and fewer emergency closures.

Your data, your rules

Shown as you published them

We compare our records with your bylaw, notice or list, show the date we last checked, and correct our records when you tell us something has changed.

Heavy and oversize

Right information for the right vehicle

Oversize operators, heavy-vehicle drivers, road crews and travellers each see the information relevant to the vehicle they enter.

A record

Drivers acknowledge the limits

Drivers accept a route disclaimer before each oversize trip. The app is a planning aid, and drivers remain responsible for their route, permits and load.

HAULR cannot prevent bridge damage and does not replace road signs, permits or driver judgement. This describes how clear information can help, not a guarantee of any result.

We hold structure records in more than 65 road controlling authority areas.

Where a council publishes its own list, we check against it. If you hold a list we haven’t seen, we’d love to hear from you.

Protect

Why it mattersDrivers who know about a posted limit ahead of time are better placed to avoid it. Clear information in the cab can help protect your assets.
